        Embark on a thrilling journey with Cid Kagenou in "The Eminence in Shadow," an anime that seamlessly blends dark fantasy, comedy, and action. Follow the tale of Cid, a reincarnated teenager with dreams of being a shadowbroker—a mastermind orchestrating events from the shadows.

        In his new world, Cid forms the clandestine organization known as the Shadow Garden, comprised of elves, slaves, and other allies rescued from the nefarious Cult of Diablos. Despite posing as a mediocre noble, Cid wields overwhelming power and cunning to foil the cult's sinister plans and save the world.


        As the story unfolds, meet intriguing characters such as Rose Oriana, a princess enamored with Cid; Alpha, a cursed elf who reveres him as the lord of the shadow; and Alexia Midgar, an oblivious hero. Adapted from Daisuke Aizawa's popular light novel series, "The Eminence in Shadow" has also found success as a manga.

        Produced by Nexus and featuring the musical talent of Ken’ichiro Suehiro, known for his work on "Re:Zero" and "Golden Kamuy," the anime spans two seasons, with the second one currently airing. Serialized in Comp Ace magazine, the manga boasts 12 volumes as of December 2023.
